Military Studies Course Petition

To have a course approved by the Military Studies Academic Advisor to count toward the Concentration in Military Studies or the Minor in Military Studies, you must complete the following petition form. 

• Course Petition - Concentration in Military Studies
• Course Petition - Minor in Military Studies

You will need to briefly explain why the course should count. Additionally, you are required to provide a syllabus for the course. If the course has not begun, you can respectfully email the instructor and ask for one. 

Completed petition should be submitted to the Military Studies Academic Advisor Annie Merrill via email at rotc@unm.edu or anniem23@unm.edu, dropped off at the University College Advisement Center, or dropped off in the secure drop box located next to her office (100B) in the ROTC Education Complex.
